i can't wait to see what the 3090 does! will base my purchase choice on what they bring to the table!
Cheers bud. I previously had Zotac cards and they have been solid so I was kind of hoping they would allow it. I may give EVGA a whirl this time then.
@Gibbo Can you please comment on the cards ? Looks lie the pictures on the 3080 shows the FTW3 card, whiles the name shows iCX3, which one is it please as I am thinking either the nice black Evga card without any rgb puke or the MSI Ventus one. ThanksNo biggy but I think OCUK has the wrong EVGA 3070 card pictured.

Should imagine same as 3080 launch, Gibbo will get whatever he can here to sell then it'll be pre-order and be allocated it as it comes.

I was tempted to book a week off work, the week starting on the 28th. However i won't be because of exactly this reason. I plan to order the 3090 within minutes of the buy button being turned on. But we just don't know how stock will play out so i will leave my holiday for the 19th next month. If it comes early i might have to be sick for a week.

Plus what else happen to me this week.
- Pretty much out of the blue I picked up a Seasonic 760w Platinum PSU for next to nothing.
It's like all the stars have aligned to show me the way lol.

Very nice! i actually swapped out to a 750w seasonic plat psu a couple of weeks ago also along with re doing my cooling system. This may be the last big upgrade for a couple of years though

Yup same here, once the 1080ti has been upgraded and I've dropped in a Zen 3 CPU, that's me done for a couple of years as well.

im not sure that i will update my cpu straight away. I will have to see what sort of boost it could give over my 3900x for gaming. I want to stick with AMD on cpus because i feel like they deserve my money at the moment. But my system use is 95% gaming so if amds next cpus can't beat out intel for gaming performance then i may have to go back to team blue once they answer to zen3
