So certainly a fair few orders went through. I opted for the Aorus Master so I'm hoping the queue for that is actually pretty small.

I think the odd prices you are seeing on your accounts are the card exc vat and the total Inc vat

Again that's the OC number, which is the internet reference for the order number. The real order number is in your email that says "your order has been received"

Ah crap, I sent my refund request using their google form using the wrong number then. I use the OC number instead

@Gibbo will you still be able to process my refund with my name, email etc? I tried clicking the link again to re-add my details to the form, but it won't let me do it again.

Seems my order could be in the first 1000’ish thereabout. As compared to the guy who ordered Zotac at 14:02 the difference is about 800.

People ordering 4-5pm onwards they looked to have had another 4000 orders since mine at 2:30 geez.

FWIW, my 21:39 order id number 586809*. So that implies 2,890-ish orders between 14:28 and 21:39, suggesting an initial barrage over the first 30 minutes followed by a tailoff as people gave up.

Well I'm hopeful that a lot of people who ordered and received the OOS email have now cancelled, there was a weird outage of the OCUK websites last night around dinnertime, am hoping it was people clicked the link for the instructions on how to cancel, a lot of people won't want to have £700+ gone from their accounts for an unknown length of time.

I suspect the X Trio's popularity was a combination of the 1815 boost clock and the stock page saying ETA 18/9 right up to late 17/9 and probably into 18/9. People had hope that there was still unallocated stock...

I ordered the X trio at 14:28. I would say and it's a guess that anyone who ordered within the first 30mins to an hour might get it with the next 2-4 weeks. Well that's what I'm hoping for haha.

I think there were genuinely only about 500 orders in the first half hour then due to the site issues

Yes that's due to them increasing the price.
They said they'd refund the difference for cases like these. But it was a weird thing to do in the first place...absolutely no one changes price in the midst of a sale. Most don't change price....period, but even when it's done it's done at a set time during the day when the entire inventory is updated.

Weird the price is incorrect on the order page too lol

I assume these are just the prices excluding VAT, i.e. £633.29 +20% is £759.95 which is probably what you paid.

What I assume they do is calculate VAT on checkout in their system but your order page shows ex-VAT.

All depends on the card that you ordered..hard to know, which will be restocked first.

Orders made much later, could be restocked much quicker and in higher volumes.

The site was pretty much down at 14:00... Could be that there's some bot orders there but hopefully OC caught those, I would kinda expect not a huge amount of orders in the first 5 minutes
