It says the price I bought my card at was £582.49 on my order confirmation, but yet still says my total was £709.49 Including delivery anybody have some ideas If It's glitched or anything?

Anyone else received the out of stock email and on the orders page says the order is received but not yet shipped but have still not got the email confirmation email? I'm going to try ringing up overclockers tomorrow but should I be worried or concerned?

Probably a glitch and nothing to worry about but I’d ring them regardless just to be safe

i spoke to oc about my card, and got a reply saying that they have sent a email to everyone who preordered a 3080 card, i havent recieved this email , or my confirmation, should i be worried ?

Yeah this is where Im at, figure its fine but I'll check at some point. Don't think I have the energy atm when it seems like every person in the UK is calling them

Nvidia screwed up this release again. Why release anything without much stock? They should've delayed until they had accurate stock available. Another greedy move.

Limited stock creates demand, so no doubt this was by design. All very cynical tbh.

Whilst enthusiasts will always buy the latest kit, this kind of BS doesn't promote PC gaming - publishers will just turn away from the PC even more.

Maybe check spam just in case?
The email basically was one saying its OOS and they got no idea when they're going to get them in and you might be in for a wait but if you want to refund they gave you your order number and a form to fill out to get one.

From a publisher perspective the message they just got was that thousands upon thousands of gamers were not prepared to wait for an AMD release, so fully supporting Nvidia tech in the games makes a lot of sense.

Beyond that they will not care too much how well Nvidia stocked the pipeline, just that the demand was off the chart.

Publishers will turn away from PC if PC users stop buying, short term supply issues don't really register on their radar.

yeah people started to see the warming signs when the NDA forced retailers to keep quiet about stock levels and all pre orders were banned.

thag fact that ocuk, who normally get the most stock of anywhere in Europe, seemed to have had less than 300 cards in stock on launch date tells it all.

Cheers, just checked spam folder and nothing in there, im assuming my order number on the email would have been different than the one on my account order ?

Why would massive demand stop publishers having interest? They won’t give a monkey’s about a GPU launch.
