I honestly feel like this needs a valid answer, as soon as possible. Out of all the information provided by Overclockers on this situation, nothing has been said about EVGA and the rumours aren't looking good.

He probably isn't getting a clear answer from EVGA, its a sad fact that many organisations just go into turtle mode when awkward questions are asked they like to listen but push information not respond to it. I don't include OcUK in that btw their efforts to create a queue indicator and sharing information is 10x better than their competitors imho.

Its nothing new same with EVGA every GPU launch. The 9xx series was just as bad if you look back at the threads people were very angry about it then and it was like 4-6 months waiting.
Why is EVGA shafting the UK? I’m assuming it has something to do with Brexit because they’ve made UK customers ineligible for the Step up program for the reason.
I’ve ordered a FTW3 Gaming but at this point I’m considering cancelling because it doesn’t seem like we’re going to get card from them this year.

Because if we crash out with no deal everything will be a nightmare, so they are probably pre-empting that by dropping support.
Yes it was and its really hard to believe when people specially Games Nexus saying it isn't. Nvidia and other partners did make it happen. They did build hype and lock the money to make demand and insurance of investment on production. They don't have any competition as AMD is in the same boat. Demand was maybe not as high as on 2080 series but lets be honest. Look around on all info from legit sources as vlogers who been in queues in shops for hours some 24h just to get the card and whole shop had 100 in queue where only 16 cards on the stock. Other online shops hade so small amount of cards is just joke. Its nothing to do with any of them including OCUK. Everything is suffering and can tell you that order we made for parts to build laptops ware placed on July and we will receive them in November! That's reality and no one will admit that as they don't want to lose customer/money. Now is the race for any seller to sell as much as fast is possible. Why queues are not official? Simple as one of the retailers are getting stock of some 3080 in the end of November. Its not only UK is effecting every country. I don't want to spam with links and photos of prove as its no point at this stage as we can't do **** about it other than wait. This is the side effect of cov 19 chilling at home while lockdown. We ware at home getting payed by government when factory in china was close and this is how we see effect of lockdown. It will take while to recover and to having 20-30% of the stock if not less to cover the launch .
If you want 3080/3090 or even further AMD get ready for long wait as it's not going to happen fast.
I still hope somehow eta will shrink a lot but realistically there is no way.
My personal opinion on it then please don't take it to personal and OCUK or any other seller is on the same boat. All what should be done it was to move release date but yea in tech world is impossible if money are at the top of the decision.

...this is what I was getting at. If one store has been targeted by scalpers, you can bet that they were everywhere. Nowhere is safe, although hopefully their orders have been cancelled.
Whilst true, can we be sure that all stores are doing the same? Some might ignore this entirely, and just process orders

How do you get around the 15 post per 24 hours? I hit that yesterday and am conscious about replying as much today because of it...!
If that’s the case then they really shouldn’t have been available for pre-order, the only reason I ordered the FTW3 was because I assumed stock was readily available or coming soon as if was ready to pre order day 1.
Gutted really, I wish I had gone with a different brand now.

According to the calculator I'm high up on the list... but for an EVGA card.

Boting and other claims being reason of delay is crap imo. This tricks do exist for years. Reality is extremely low stock and high demand on the product. Ask yourself why none of the shops did fancy selfies with 3080 stock 
as they did with previous generations.
