Subjective.... LG as well as many other panel manufacturers disagree.

Sure it's subjective, but me and my 32" 4K monitor are in agreement that it's just about the right pixel pitch. Also have a 27" at 2560x1440, and that about hits the sweet spot of good PPI vs being useless ... would not want that at 4K for sure!

So I stick by what I said, subjective as it might be, my experience is to not go 27" on a 4K panel, it's wasted (waste of performance, waste of pixels you can't even see).

I stand corrected, my apologies. Having read your posts again, I get your point and I had jumped to a conclusion that you had put yourself into debt for the sake of the card, not because of poor service and lack of refund from OC forcing your hand.

You didn't read it wrong at all. Ordering the card TWICE because OcUk admittedly dropped a bollock put him in debt, meaning that he should never have ordered the second time. Refunds always take a bit of time to process, but him blaming OcUk is just garbage, HE made the choice to order again, expecting an instant refund. I used to work debt recovery for a large red spanish bank, and them amount of times I heard this as an excuse was laughable. Refunds usually takke a few days, if he did not have the funds to order a second time, yet he did so anyway, that's all on him, not OcUk.

How can we not even be at 14:05 on the card estimated to be FIVE PERCENT of total orders???

My position on the unofficial queue is 5th. I've seen people who ordered at 14:03 have reported they've got their cards.

But it completely depends on a) which card you ordered and b) how frequently that company is sending more cards to OcUK
As Rory will tell you, no point having an order at 1358 if you ordered an EVGA.

Bearing in mind that a 4k TV of 55" has quite a bit less PPI than a 1440p monitor at 27". I'd rather have the frames to actually use the higher refresh rate than pixels I just can't see.
i have been running a 4k monitor for 5 years after having 1440p and there is a clear difference just glad now graphics cards are finally up to the task of good frames at good settings on modern titles

erver since i got it i was chasing the frames and upgrading gpus constantly lol
