Hey guys, I am interested in what monitors you are all pairing with these cards? I'm wanting to go 4k just to cover all the bases, but don't know whether to splurge the extra on a higher refresh non-TN version, I guess it would be nice to downscale to 1440p high refresh in some games, then in others play full 4k.
Cheers!
I currently have the Asus PG279Q which is 1440 and 165hz, I'll be keeping the 1440p and using it for FPS games.
I plan to get a 4k but probably just capped at 60hz as I would only use it for games such as Cyberpunk where I am less concerned about running it at 144hz.
One of the other guys in here has the same monitor as me but pairs it with a Asus VG289Q which is a 4k monitor so I have been looking at that one, also looking for a 32" one. I think Benq had one for around £700~?

Not sure if i should return the Asus or sell for profit. Only ordered it as a back up but had no idea they were going to be so rare/impossible to get. If someone is will to pay more for it to get now then maybe i should let them ? lol Online retailers are boosting the prices for stock they don't even have !

Or even better, sell it to someone on here for the same price you paid :)

Any news on a Zotac trio delivery? Only went Zotac cause I thought it would be less popular so I was hoping I could get a card sooner, anyone else going Zotac I know from reviews there’s a 2% performance difference but right now I really couldn’t care less I just play games the drought is killing me slowly I don’t want go back into lockdown with no gpu!!! Oh god kill me now....

Same ordered mine about around 15:30 on the 17th. 2% less on than the FE still gonna be like 98% more than my 980Ti LOL

I preordered a
LG 27GN950-B 4k 144hz
(Upgrading from a acer XB280HK 4k 60hz)

That looks like a sick monitor, do you notice the TN colours compared to the likes of a VA or IPS, I've been told to go for an IPS although apparently VA is also very decent, colour-wise and has sometimes lesser ghosting, although I remember LTTs review for that monitor saying the ghosting is decent due to their tech they've got in it. I've currently got two 1080p one 60hz one 165hz, I know of a friend looking for a 165Hz so I suppose I could sell my 165Hz and replace it with this. You think it will be able to keep up with the TN response times for the likes of CSGO and other twitch shooters?

Ooft that's a badass monitor, stuff is gonna look sweet on that once it's all up and running. Not sure I have that sort of budget to spend on one sadly. I think I saw your post in the ancient pages of this thread about your ebay troubles, I'm sorry, that's really ******. Hopefully you'll be able to maybe get it back and salvage it somehow.

It's a good monitor. The only thing they don't say is how hot it gets. I'm sat here about, say 2 feet away and I can feel the heat coming off of it. It's toasty. Thanks, regards eBay. Received the card back, tried it in my PC and it just popped and squeaked a bit more - it's burnt out for sure. Will send it to EVGA to see if they will be kind and repair it, but I doubt it.

Its not due to come to me until mid/end of oct but from the LTT review and a few other I have seen its response time is pretty damn good and the colour gamut is aparently good
Plus I can sell my Corsiar LS100 ambient lighting kit because the LG has it built in :)

Heres a couple of reviews

This the one you're thinking about? I saw that one and was also considering it, also saw this, I was just wondering if the VA -> IPS justifies double the price since I've heard VA is still a good enough panel for colour accuracy.

Asus ROG PG43UQ.

The only thing on the market with proper HDR1000 and 4K @ 144Hz via single DP as far as I am aware.

Haha, can keep your heating off then I guess. Got my fingers crossed for your RMA for you.

If you look at the database, the majority of the TUF cards got ordered after 5. You are probably a little less than you think. I was 16:53 and 720th. I reckon I’ll be quite a bit less due to this, cancellations and already fulfilled orders.

It's what's giving me hope right now. Fingers crossed that we get our cards sooner than later!

I cancelled my Asus TUF pre-order and ordered Inno X3 a couple of days ago cos the queue was way smaller (took me from 1500 to 120 in the unofficial queue).
Does anyone know an ETA for these?

Thanks

I use a Samsung 1440p 144hz and an LG 4k 60hz HDR monitors, so I switch depending on the game.

When I called to check my payment I was told they have run out of codes and are asking Nvidia for more, but no ETA or news on that front apart from that.

I think my non-oc TUF has been delivered this morning. Need to wait till the evening for someone to bring me the box from the office though, because of self isolation. :(

So deliveries are happening chaps.

If you don't mind me asking, what position were you in the order calculator/when did you order?
