That Queue checker can't be right.
I was 1603 in the Queue. Now I'm 1733 !
The unofficial queue checker is based on limited amount of data witch was at around 2000 orders last time I checked so it only estimates your position based on data it has. The more data it gets the more accurate it potentially become so it's not unusual to see your position going up/down after more people put their orders into its database. There is also another factor to take into consideration. People can corrupt it's database by dropping wrong order times in it or picking wrong card from the options available.

Im on the oposite side of your issue my queue went down almost 200 between 2nd day after it was live and now. It probably has something to do with the fact that I ordered Asus tuf quite early and the orders for this card went up significantly with the reviews that hit YouTube and was relatively low at 1st hour of pre-orders

I got an MSI Gaming X Trio 3080 from a competitor, and still haven't got the promotional codes despite being promised it on Friday 25th at the latest... I got my order shipped straight away too :/
Not a major deal-breaker, and happy to wait longer if necessary.

Still got an order in with OCUK though to replace my partner's aging GTX 970 card, which is what my 3080 replaced for me too.
Which?

Sunday is a working day for most these days.
The longer they give us zero information the more refunds they get so it's in there interest to get information for us. Imo they shouldn't get a day of rest until this **** show is sorted.
Just have a think about how selfish your last sentence sounds. There's more to life than a bloody graphics card mate. Everybody deserves a break and especially right now when they've been left as piggy in the middle by Nvidia and their ***** launch. Imagine how much stress they are under dealing with comments like this everyday.

Say what you want about communication and the money situation, but that doesn't mean you get to act like an entitled brat. If you don't like it, cancel your order simple as that, you aren't being forced to stay and wait, life's short enough as it is.

Is it ok to put two non rgb fans at the top of the case which has three rgb fans up front and one rgb fan at the back? Or should I put one rgb corsair at the top and buy 2nd one next month? I could also afford corsair duo pack but it has a set colour..... will it not look daft with rgb?

But it is. Another 600 have submitted which has pushed you further down the list. 2700 have submitted so far. Say they have 8000 orders, that means 5300 of the orders are guesswork. 423 pages in and people still don't get it.

People are afraid to touch old archaic systems for many reasons, but the fact is this would be a SELECT from the database and runs no risk of altering or messing with existing systems, you're not modifying or updating data you're literally just doing a count of a database so there's zero risk. If it was something vastly more complicated then I would agree wholeheartedly, but it's kinda hard to overstate how simple of a thing this is for an experienced developer. I've done hot fixes to live environments for small things like this god knows how many times in my career. I currently work on a custom CMS/site and sometimes dept heads will ask for some esoteric bit of information or stat which I can provide from the database and often rather than just giving it to them by email or spreadsheet or whatever, I'll just write the query to generate it and throw that into a new page in the CMS and it takes like 15m to do that, as normally if they want a stat they're gonna want it again in future, they can just re-visit the page and check. In the same way the amount of CS queries I'm sure they're taking on these cards alone could easily be slashed in half if customers had a live queue screen in their account page.

The SQL to pull the data would almost certainly be less characters than the paragraph above, it's basic SELECT, JOIN and COUNT and ORDER.

Maybe there are other circumstances preventing this, maybe there's lead time on them having dev done with whoever does it, or they're being taken for a ride by some 3rd party dev house who are inflating the time/cost to scam them, who knows, I don't discount that. But the actual technical side of things, it's really trivial if you have direct access to the DB.

Work in IT as well :p
I'm guessing here that they're not trying to rush things - as its probably an older system, and possibly they're not working on the website etc in-house, it takes time to go through the dev cycle.
We work with quite large organizations - to implement something as simple as an additional button on navigation it can take over a week - User Stories -> Dev -> Test -> QA -> Release Window Opportunity.
User Stories and Dev take the shortest time.

I'm a very impatient person - when I do something I do it immediately and if something takes time it annoys me - but everyone must learn to be patient sometimes :)
They'll come out with info we need and the queue system eventually. Its not like its going to hurry anything up anyway.

Ordered strix oc, demand shouldn't be as high as it is for others cards, don't you think?

Idm the wait but im worried about email confirmation, should have received my order confirmation email by now :/

Could be waiting for payment to clear. Have you used the unofficial calc? Will give you a very rough guide of how many ahead of you.
