I've noticed Palit seem to be quite good on the customer front. Maybe because they have less of them but seems everyone always gets a good response directly. Used their stuff many times never an issue. I mean they are a really big OEM, frequently supply the Quadros and other industrial GPUs. Not sure why they aren't more popular? Maybe they are bigger in Asia
Gotta say got same feeling. Ok with waiting and think most that not cancelled orders are but allowing people to jump queue in situation with stock in 2020 is just Wrong. I cant whine cause got early order but some people will get proper screved instead of getting card from 1st batch they end up getting em god knows when cause queue jumpers had em all.That is utterly disgraceful. I’ve used Overclockers for years, but this is leaving a very sour taste in my mouth.

Palit seem to be spot on. If manufacturers can confirm when stock should be available to retailers, why can't retailers be more clear what/when stock will be available to customers.

In Poland alll MAJOR STORES have not delivered basically ANY CARDS haev 10 people on my Polish forums from 1st hour with orders no one had one so far all got multiple cards from different store purcghased.
