Well... I have been incredibly lucky.. I cancelled my Zotac order a couple of days ago as I managed to win a 3080 from a local retailer and it has finally arrived! I am now the proud of a TUF OC 3080 :D

Unfortunately I'm stuck in work looking at it until I finish...
 
I think what the customers here are getting upset about and quite rightly so is that the boss here proudly announces he is getting 30 cards a couple of days ago, while a clothing shop got 400! If I was Overclockers CEO I would be on the phone screaming at someone

Dude, you can't be that naive. Retailers place orders and those orders get fulfilled by the distributors, they tell you when you should be expecting the deliveries and at what prices... this info gets exchanged every week. If many competitors can provide customers with an ETA, it means that they actually have contact with distributors or partners. The fact that OCUK can only say 1 day or 2 before sending these 30 cards out for customers shows the low level of commitment they have with customers because they know every detail about shipments weeks or months in advance, it isn't random. Stop being irrational to justify something that can't be justified. And I'll say it again, I don't blame this business for not having enough cards but i do blame then for having pre-orders open with no ETA and no FRONT PAGE OR NOTICE to let customers know that they are being placed after 500 to 1 thousand people, and for people who bought the cards on launch day, the least they should provide us with is with a freaking queue that after 2 weeks+ nothing has been done.

I know tell me about it, I kept trying to tell her she is mistaken, and I spent 10 mins telling her all about the demand vs supply of this product and how im struglling to believe here, but she kept repeating the same thing "I am 100% adament and sure they are" Trio 3080. Think she was getting a little tired of me, but do you blame me, I was in shock and struggling hard to believe it, I still don't tbh, but if it's true, well OCUK have a little more to answer for.
