*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

So as i have went on STRIX OC from 251 to 222 it seems there was some cancellations as well. As by your queue number looks like 15 were shipped.
I was 15th in the queue from launch day. Last nights email updated My queue number to 3rd place. I think some of the shipment is being used for system builds, or some orders have multiple cards. Could be the small delivery and the very small delivery totalled 12 cards. Even the UK youtuber reviewers are sharing one card between them.

Just got my order from competitor for GB Gaming OC and was in queue position 41 so they must have had a decent size delivery. Hopefully OCUK will be getting a good batch also.

Hello!

Gibbo recently announced that a close to large shipment of Inno3D cards are being shipped this week and the ETA will be before the end of the month.

I am position 33 for Twin X2 OC, does this mean this shipment will fulfill my order?

As far as I am aware large is 50-100 so if that’s the case and it’s split up by three cards then it looks like I’m going to have to wait for the next shipment :(

And god knows when the next shipment will be ahhhhhhhh

From what I've been told it's per SKU the large shipment, if they get what they have ordered it should fulfill a lot of the orders

Tomorrow is the launch day for iPhone 12 family, plus ancilliaries. Apple postponed the launch of their flagship phone by a month which Nvidia couldn't possibly have known about in advance. Apple & Nvidia share the same board stuffing company Foxconn and it is highly likely that the stock build up prior to the launch of iPhone 12 has had a knock on effect on GPU (and other) production.

The production figures are mind boggling as Apple sells an average of 220 million iPhones per year, more of course when a new product launches. Apple build stock for a product launch and it appears more than feasible that production has been switched to perhaps the largest customer Foxconn have to the exclusion and detriment of others - not that Nvidia would ever admit this given the relationship between the two.

I was late to pre-order an Asus Tuf (Non-OC) and started at 1120 in the queue. Eventually received an queue position update email yesterday to find out I'm 1009 now - not bad progress I thought!
Just to come on here and hear somebody say they went from 136 to 120... looks like it was all cancellations. Next to no stock in a month is just ridiculous, Overclockers sold me the idea they are long standing partners with Nvidia and will be sure to receive stock, when I'm watching stock be shipped much more often elsewhere...

I will be joining the cancellation group and pre-ordering an RTX 3070 from a different site on release day. Big sad.
Are you quoting the numbers or making them up? I went from 128 to 124 so nobody could get from 136 to 120

Regarding your cancellation it's a bad decision but sure it's your to take.
All signs tell that there will be massive uplift in 3080 availability end October and November, Nvidia will flood the market with cards right after big Navi announcement.

What you have to lose here? Keep your queue wait for Navi release and than decide. There is literally no better option for u. If you cancel your order and try to get card anywhere u are likely in worse situation than u are now

Congrats! I'm hopeful that OC will get something this week, it would be nice if they could state whether they are even expecting any.

I know, they still don't seem to be making any improvements to the information provided which is mind boggling. The queue system is good but it really wouldn't take much more effort to just have incoming stock information like the other places.

Why after 2 weeks don't I have an updated queue number? My last one was the 2nd October. Its just not good enough, with the info they are providing when I have already paid for the card.

Long time lurker here. Like Chris just got shipping notification ( queue number 48) from a competitor for a Gigabyte Gaming OC. It shows things are moving and in better size. keep your orders and I think a lot on here will be happy very soon.

Would have thought (based on previous statements) that there would have been more than 12 dished out considering there were 2 shipments, even if one was 'very small'. Surely there's not that many prebuilds being sold..

That's a pretty decent shipment then. Just got to hope OCUK gets something too...anything really...I'll take a printed picture of my card at this stage.

Here's hoping, I want to see some decent movement on the queue. Itching for that RTX goodness...

Same here, I have a 3080 Asus Rog Strix OC ordered and I know they had a "very small delivery" and a "Small Delivery" the last two days but my que position hasn't been updated

EDIT: I have actually found the email it was stuck in a spam filter, but yeah seems as though 14 or 15 came in over the past few days

My brothers queue position goes the opposite way from 43 to 51... what the **** OcUK?
