This is exactly what I was thinking. The announcement was with 3600 RAM but if an FCLK of 2000 was achievable they could have just put the Ryzen and the Intel with 4000 RAM and showed an even bigger performance jump in frame rates for Ryzen.
Let's be honest being able to run an FCLK of 2,000 with 4,000C16 RAM would net a hefty basically free performance gain over what AMD stated.
The only explanation for not doing this is because the 5900x still has issues with cross communication 1900+. I wouldn't be surprised if this 2,000 is only for the 5800x and why it was never shown in the presentation. Data doesn't have to travel as far thus greater integrity plus Buildzoid's speculation of substrate improvements.
