Do you know when we will know if we're getting our order, as in, when can we expect the cancellation email?

We want to let everybody know as soon as we are 100% sure, we're processing the orders for the lucky customers now.

Manually processing all of the refunds is going to take a while but we don't want to keep you hanging so we will bulk email the remaining customers as soon as these orders are processed. Assuming that our email server will take a while to process that many emails you're likely to hear one way or the other later this evening and the refund will be processed within the next 24 hours.

I couldn't sign in to my OC account but amazon signed in straight away.. and was able to pay, you might have missed the order if you went through OC
