You need aggressive curve to get high multicore. Try pbo auto, +0mhz, scaler auto, curve neg30 all core then start applying pbo boost, 25mhz increments and reduce curve neg as needed per core, mobo power limits, manual soc IOD/CCD, vddp. I got 9k+ R20 on 2x 5900x with this. One was just shy of 9.2k and hadn't finished tuning. Those were done with 3600c16 dcop as well.... It checked yet but even adding a little pos vcore offset before raising pbo boost might help multi as well, temps permitting.

More than -15 for CO doesn't even let me into windows. Do I need to provide a vcore offset bump to compensate? Any other values need tweaking?

Question for those that ran manual OC, did you find a big disparity between boot to win and R20 multi? I'm [email protected] boot to win but can't get r20 multi running even up to 1.35v where single core runs no problem even at 1.3v. LLC4, digi in general fairly high, locked soc/IOD/VDDP etc in medium v's, disabled PBO/C-states, wondering if its package power than needs raised? As soon as i have load with multi its a black screen restart. Miffed...

I've had similar issues but not using the BIOS to overclock, been testing with Ryzen Master. I can't get anywhere near 4.8, best I can do is 4.5 at 1.3v ish.
Stable with RM stress test but not r23.

What's you lowest vcore for boot to win for that? Undecided if its power or needs for vcore...

Are you leaving pbo in auto to get motherboars power limit or disabled?

Thinks i have tuned in all i can until the new AGESA is out for ASUS.
CPU Voltage offset of -0.075
PBO Limits - Motherboard
Scaler x10
Boost 200Mhz
Curve Optimiser all negative with values from -10 to -24

Performance can be seen in the R23 and R20 threads

Oh I see, yeah I've not tried that method yet. I've just been using RM to see what kind of limits I'll end up with.

Sorted. Needed LLC5, too much of a drop in llc4 for cpu unlike socllc.

Got r20 12.3k and r23 31.6k banked, limited by temp now. If I could shave off 5 deg I'd be able to take top ocuk scores. If I didn't have a broken leg I could move the case for some cooler air. Maybe get them when the new block arrives and switch to an XE rad from PE. :D

Hopefully yours is better than mine on the B550 Tomahawk. Board limitations mean I can't get close to some of these speeds.

was og going to go into a b450i auros board but thought better of it so hopefully the x570i auros board will allow me to hit top end even if it is slightly inferior due to itx sizing (vrms are just okay etc )

Anyone managed 5950x X570 and 3600mhz Ram.

I sent my 3200MHZ back and bought some G skill Ripjaw 3600Mhz 2x32GB and it wont boot above anything other than 3200mhz

Running the sticks in A2 and B2 slots.

My 8 pack 3600mhz has been running fine in an x570 motherboard @16-16-16-36 1T
4x8gb sticks, the memory will do 4000mhz but the IF on this chip craps out at 1867mhz

I've only got a 5900X but no problem running 1900mhz IF/3800mhz RAM on X570 Taichi with 2x16GB B-Die.

I have a 5950x and asus x570 formula. Using Corsair b die at 3600 14-14-15-30 and 1800IF

Get 58GB/s bandwidth and 58ns latency in AIDA64
