I would, if I thought that they stood a chance where I live, we’ve had to vote Lib-Dem for years to keep the verdammt Labour mob out, who in my opinion couldn’t run a whelk stall.
Unfortunately they got in two elections ago, oh well, that’s democracy.
I could no more vote Socialist than I could vote for Kim Jong-Un, I’ll probably vote Conservative just to give a bit of needle to the pinko candidate.

Heck pretty much everything is unpopular as there's not much that unites people

When I was a wee little lad, I went through this little phase of about a year or so thinking I had the solutions to all the problems that adults faced. I must've been 4-5 at the time. "Crime levels escalate out of control" the news would say, and I'd solve this very simple problem by hiring more cops. Sorted, none of the complications that adults face.

Of course you grow up eventually and start to realise that solutions like this cost money, and money is a finite resource, so I learned anyway.

It seems that their mentality is that of mine when I was a toddler, "we need more insulation" - "well then install more insulation" with zero regard to any of the millions of factors they haven't thought of.

As frustrating as it is, it's still rather humorous to see that even after evolving for the last 2000 years, as a species we're still capable of producing people this simple, and at ages where they really ought to know better.

Do the protesters not pay income tax, national insurance, vat on the goods they purchase, stamp duty on the houses they buy or inheritance tax?

I think the more accurate statement would be "From their website, I assume they just want it for free, or in other words, for everyone to pay for it:"

Well they're currently £4k short of thier fundraising goal to insulate the house of their leader


Seems charity starts in someone else's pockets that a group containing several Millionaire can't raise 4k

Don't forget that you're talking to someone who is a professional byskater. This guy has worked every single government system to the nth degree, like milking student loans and purposefully staying under the £25k threshold so he doesn't have to pay them back whilst earning money elsewhere, leaving the rest of society to foot the bill.

If anyone's got no stone to throw in this fight, it's amiga :D
 
People who did this is very stupid cos emergency like ambulance, etc need urgently so it need stop doing this or anyone may drive pass people sit on road... so no choice but just drive through people sit on road that tough one.. I would drive through people who sit on road to block it.. that too bad for them.
