It's not "coming" but it could still easily happen. As Mad Max said today he had a bigger lead earlier in the season that was wiped out in two races. We have four left.

Did you one of the earlier races say Merc have clearly out developed RB? From the TurkishGP

Here Merc have a 15kph straight-line advantage, so even from 5th Lewis should be in a good place to fight for the lead.

Max has the points advantage, but it would be pretty easy to lose that.

One of the title contenders is gonna bin it this race weekend or take someone else out too, we are waayyyyy overdue.
 
Am I right in thinking Hamilton has ‘qualified’ on pole at all three sprint races but hasn’t actually started 1st for the race? Ok, this weekend he won’t even if he wins the sprint race, but even so, it just shows why this format is stupid.

E: Bottas once again doing his utmost to scupper Hamilton’s chances. He really has been a **** teammate this season.

They should have replaced him several seasons ago. We all said it many times.
 
Lewis seems to have the engine dialled to 11 if not 12. Will be interested to see if it will hurt the engine for the last race.
 
Agent Bottas just needs to punt Hamilton off for his transition to the dark side to be complete.

Absolutely, it’s just this season it’s especially apparent. Maybe because he’s leaving, maybe because this year Hamilton could have really done with a wingman, but there have been so many times this season when Bottas has acted more like Max’s teammate than Lewis’.

You mean by out qualifying Perez's RB, so doing a decent but not stellar job for the team. Remember money is paid for the constructors'
 
Be interesting to see how aggressive max goes at start tomorrow as he's got lot more to lose both in terms of championship and this race specifically as if they took each other out lewis' penalty is nullified for the engine change. That merc looks absolutely rapid in final sector, so should be able to overtake in both drivers hands (obviously we know bottas won't be able to)
