Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

What have you done to it? I paid to get mine MRI'd last month but didn't get the pictures, only the report. I had the op done to fix it last week though.

Not sure don't see the consultant until next week but using my new YouTube degree in Diagnostic Radiography I think the anterior horn of the medial meniscus is ruined.

Thanks and yes seems very solid!

It's technically for my daughter who has recently taken up rowing but think I'll be using it regularly too and ditching the treadmill

Much better for the joints (low impact) and gives your body a better workout than running as it engages something crazy like 85% of your muscles. Legs, abdominal, back, chest and arms all get worked..

That's what I'd done to mine, torn my medial meniscus. I'm a week post surgery and my quality of life is so much better already. Although my knee is sore and swollen from the surgery, I don't have the constant pain deep inside my joint any more. I didn't get anywhere with the NHS and as pretty much all my hobbies are fitness based I was going stir crazy so ended up stumping up the cash to get it sorted. My surgeon said, if I'd waited for the NHS, it would have probably been a few years!

I had a small tear a few years ago but not big enough to warrant any work. This latest issue has been terrible though, I initially went to the GP in October not long after I done it and got a letter in December from the Orthopedic department basically saying I'm on the waitlist to get an appointment and it's apparently about 12-18 months so just thought better off paying a few hundred to get an actual diagnosis first and then go from there.

I did the same at the start if December. Tbh, I was reasonably impressed how cheap it can be done, even on Harley St. I have a medial tear too, but with possibly redundancy looming, I opted to ride it out and it has got quite a lot better. Only really feel it when I crouch. If I end up keeping my job, I might get it sorted out, but it no longer stops me from cycling, or even some light runs.

An new steamer to replace my crappy plastic Tefal one.
I tried it with a frozen corn on the cob, and it was overcooked in 8 minutes.
It steams from the top down, and is an absolute beast.
Unfortunately i tested positive for the WuFlu today, and have zero appetite, so it'll be a few days before i can put it through it's paces :(

I did mine in September last year so went to see a sports physio. He diagnosed it spot on but said I'll likely need surgery. I didn't fancy paying at the time so thought I'd see my GP first but after I got the referral letter saying the same as you, paying to get it sorted was looking very tempting.

Yeh, I paid about £4k all in at the Spire, including the scan and consultation. The whole process was pretty quick as well, only about a month from the initial consultation to surgery. Definitely better than being in pain for a couple years!

Nothing wrong with that. The Chinese are very capable of making quality products and they do.

It’s the knockoff crap that is peddled on the usual sites that gets them a bad name.

Hope you don't have a cat :D

I got a USB charging cable for my shaver. Seems to work perfectly out the USB socket on the plug sockets. Charge times seem no different to the bulky Braun charger. More convenient this way and only £6.

After seeing this i looked them up on amazon and am not going take the risk with my series 9 shaver after seeing some these reviews

I saw those, can only imagine it's something to do with the type of USB power block people have been using. I have a series 9 too, 9240s.
