I think you will find most people dont hate Russians or Russia in general. Their grievance is with Putin and his regime.

I have no ill will against ordinary Russian people at all, I have always had a great interest in Russia, its culture its history and its people. Its somewhere I've always wanted to travel and experience first hand. Doubt that'll be happening any time in the next 10-20 years now...

Mea culpa, but you need to remember a few of us on here work full time and grab a forum view of things betwixt work, meals and life in general. I hastened through it and hold up my dirty hands, pleading forgiveness :)

But I am glad to be wrong, Biden is the last person on earth that the USA needs on the world stage right now, a liberal puppet, a puppet probably squealing in rheumatic pain every time his strings are pulled.

Bear in mind grand a great grandparent's staunch and selfless physical opposition to Germany gave us our ongoing right of opinion, whether it be liked or disliked. Mocking them is more than a bit off form, especially at the moment...

Got no problem with 0007, I'm happy with how he's doing it, its everyone else that posts embedded twitter posts that bothers me, not only does it make the thread janky as **** for me every page that has them, it also gets frustrating seeing the same twitter feeds in multiple places. If I start ignoring people this thread very quickly starts to make no sense because leads to seeing discussion with no context.

I appreciate 0007's way of doing it, text with a link, perfect and minimal. Its just getting tiresome being bombarded with Twitter posts. If I want to look at twitter I'll go on twitter itself or use one of the live news streams on reddit.

Finally figured out how, for anyone else who wants to block embedded twitter elements on this thread. I used uBlock Origin and disabled all elements from twitter.com or platform.twitter.com :D

There's been a lot of updates posted on r/CombatFootage over the past few days, some are very graphic though.
There's lots of footage of some of the vehicles they have captured, it looks like they have captured several hundred vehicles!

The satellite feed which was providing sound is currently allocated to other stuff - don't think sound will be back up until the morning. They were trying to get another slot after the defence brief.
