You could technically do it with a house sized heatsink warming water in a loop that could be drained into a house sized Thermos to keep it warm till winter

I'd imagine you'd need a much bigger volume than that to warm a house for a good slice of the colder months.

Went to post a parcel yesterday as someone bought my leather jacket off Depop. The heat I was hit with as I opened the door was immense.

Also who buys a leather jacket now... Poor sods gonna melt!
