University creates "no whites" zones

people don't read the DM online it's only popular because it's the only one that allows comments, most of it is trolls, seems easy for people to manipulate the likes count on articles comments as well.

when everyone absolutely hated boris somehow there was one positive comment about him that managed to get the most likes of all, with loads of replies to it saying how crap he is

Hang on please. So these people don't read it online, yet post comments online about various articles, albeit trolling comments? The comments I see show unarguably that the commentators have indeed read the articles they are commenting upon, and are not posting random disconnected gibberish...Can you square this puzzling circle?

Pretty much yes, anyone who continues to read one of the most untrustworthy "news" sources in the UK is a complete moron. It's garbage. Literally no excuse to continue to read it.

OK, I see, thanks for the calm heads up. Thankfully your advice is unnecessary as I no longer purchase it. I haven't done since the editorship left the hands of Paul Dacre.

most of them don't appear to read more than the headline.
look a the khan saying knife crime was because of the heatwave...

obviously he meant because in summer people are more likely to be outside etc but the comments seemed to go with the headline anyway

I reckon more kids are going to play up their native American or Latino ancestry... especially if they've also got some Italian or Spanish or similar ancestry that at least gives them a bit of a tan.

Happening to have a paternal line to a native American or Latino person would also be helpful I guess - say you have two kids who are both 1/8th Mexican via the same great great grandfather, one via a Paternal line so he/she inherits a Mexican sounding surname the other inherits a standard English/Anglo one. The kid with the Mexican surname potentially has a bigger advantage in terms of woke points for university admissions etc..

Yeah and with the native thing, you don't necessarily need a particular surname either, plenty with official tribal membership who are otherwise white passing and have anglo names/surnames.

It's not like they're going to check records or send a swab to 23andMe else I'm not so sure how that would have worked out for this famous "native American" politician:

This gives a little more detail but not much.

Unless I'm reading rules wrong, and that could be the case, they state that members must announce if guests will be in the common space with them AND if they are white, and that white people aren't allowed in common spaces...something doesn't add up here....if it's white people by themselves, then fair enough. They may well plant a flag and claim it for themselves [/poor racist joke].

In any case, I'm not sure if the error has been corrected by the op since it's not the university as pointed out by others but it does seem its a case of extremism breeding extremism. Not all white people are colonising slave trading racists and not all black people are knife wielding murderers (just to link up with the other discussion...), and it's by generalising people by race you end up with this kind of discrimination.

I think this is a case of a divided society.

Because for whatever reason, whether we think its valid, racist or not, don't feel part of American society.
