Either a second hand 3000 series or RDNA2, I wouldn't buy a new 3000 series card as that's exactly what nvidia want people to do.I'm holding onto my EVGA 3080Ti for the foreseeable future. It is a beast at 1440p.
Anyone looking to upgrade from the 10 or 20 series should grab a 30XX series for a decent price and enjoy it.
I'd say that the 4080 12gb is more like a 4060ti while the 16gb is the 4070ti.
But Nvidia says "Next Gen" games... LOLIt looks like that way if you ignore Ray tracing and DLSS performance - surprised it hasn't been posted here yet but Nvidia released some game benchmarks showing the 4080 losing to rtx3000 GPUs lmao
Here is the benchmarks, look at the left side to see the new "4080" losing to the 3090ti

It's funny Nvidia has to convince us TBH.
Well when they rename the 4070/TI the 4080 12GB and charge at least £949 for it then they need to do a lot to convince me.It's funny Nvidia has to convince us TBH.
They could try convincing the cows on the field that the grass is greener on the other side of the ocean, sorry but without money, no ship building, no swim swim = no money for Nvidia, I am a cow officially.Well when they rename the 4070/TI the 4080 12GB and charge over £949 for it then they need to do a lot to convince me.
