Good idea, i used to have it but not anymore, but i swear i was getting the same performance uplift from native to quality though i am running at 3840x1600, so it's not at 4k

In a previous post I explained that sometimes great tech can die because of timing. 3d vision was my example. It was awesome on screens that were fast enough eg dlp projector or oled. Releasing at a time with slow lcd such as samsung s27 killed it.
Perf mode looks pretty bad tbh, is this the best it can do or is it bad on Spiderman?

You have a 4080?Not exactly same frame as sadly with the game you have to restart in order for graphic changes to properly take effect:

I haven't seen people this wound up from a GPU release in a looong time. Everyone's so passionate, it's great.

CPU limited at 4k with only a 17% performance bump. Does that seem off for anyone else?This tells me all I need to know about DLSS3...
Basically we will artificially neuter DLSS 2 performance and pretend DLSS 3 is amazing as we did with DLSS 2 before..
Just look at the numbers on that and then look at numbers from games before they introduced DLSS 3. Also not liking the fact of the fake frames rubbish and the clear side effect is Soap Opera Effect but we will slow videos down by half frame rates to show you how amazing it looks at half speed because of youtubes 60fps limits... Blaa blaa really... OMG do they really think we are that stupid especially people my age and have been computer enthusiasts longer than Alex has been alive.. Not falling for this one Nvidia sorry, fake frames = fail to me. We did all this with TVs and any TV enthusiast knows to turn them features off, but now Nvidia wants to turn them back on your TV if you game on TV and worse add that horrible effect to monitors now.

Yes for a game that was coded to run on a ps4, one of the worst cpus in any console. They are doing something strange or the game has become so stupidly cpu limited over time that it needs optimising. With cpus today and the many cores they have these game devs need to use all the cores available and not end up cpu limited in a game that is really very old now.
