Even the 2 display T-14s keep breaking down :s I think they have maybe a dozen combat ready and they probably aren't reliable given the video the other day of one squeaking.

I think people overly write off what Russia's has left that can be brought back into service though in terms of armoured vehicles and artillery in general.

Its very clear that every number out of Russia has been a lie for decades. The 60 billion on defense ? I'd bet its not even 10, and after the corruption does even 1 billion get spent properly ?

Under communism Romania even lied about the temperature on weather reports - always adding a few degrees to encourage tourism !

Unfortunately most of their stated reasons for surrendering seem to be the conditions and being over-matched by Ukraine forces when it comes to modern equipment - they seem like they'd be quite happy to fight if they had the upper hand.

Vague reports of more concrete mobilisation from Belarus, but nothing absolutely confirmed still. Will wait and see what comes of it, rumours of this have been circling on and off for a long time.
