Just had to do that on my second headset, just used my phone that's on the same WiFi. Could it be you've got some sort of VPN running? Maybe, even stupidly, could it be your pc is wired to the network and for some reason that's making it unhappy?

So, the app isn't seeing up the headset via bluetooth?

It keeps disconnecting. The new Oculus is on the app but the code will not pair it with it and cant get passed pairing bit on oculus it self.

Have you tried a factory reset of the headset. turn it on with the lower volume button pressed.

Yes loads of times but no luck even with the app uninstalled then installed at that point. I will wait until Thursaday as it turns out other people been having same problem and can sidestep it using cable seem to work.

I get 2.9Gbps when paired with a Quest Pro.

That what i got when connected to PC. Oculus app recognizes the quest and even right serial number etc but it will just not pair with iphone app and it wont budge from pairing menu on the oculus.

I know you have done all this, but can you try it again? Reset the headset and reinstall the phone app. Then setup a hotspot on the phone and connect your Quest 2 to it. Then try to pair the headset with the phone.

Hi sorry Its all boxed up ready to go back tomorrow now. All ready done the return item and been picked up by ups tomorrow. Think i will get the Pico or wait for to see what round corner. i wont be buying anything meta again. lol.

Take 2 as going to order the Pico4 128GB and you get 6 games free with it now but again mainly using it for steam. Hope i get better luck this time. At least Quest 2 has all been refunded.
