I just ordered a link cable as i forgot that but not the official 80£ one. See if i can somehow bypass it going through PC. If not headset going back.

So, the app isn't seeing up the headset via bluetooth?
Have you tried a factory reset of the headset. turn it on with the lower volume button pressed.It keeps disconnecting. The new Oculus is on the app but the code will not pair it with it and cant get passed pairing bit on oculus it self.

Started a retrns for oculus been trying 3 days. I bought a link cable not official and still nothing and cant get past pairing screen. Gutted.
This is a good quality cable for £20 when you apply the voucher.
I get 2.9Gbps when paired with a Quest Pro.

I know you have done all this, but can you try it again? Reset the headset and reinstall the phone app. Then setup a hotspot on the phone and connect your Quest 2 to it. Then try to pair the headset with the phone.That what i got when connected to PC. Oculus app recognizes the quest and even right serial number etc but it will just not pair with iphone app and it wont budge from pairing menu on the oculus.
