Nunez goal that was disallowing (rightly so) was harder finish than the ones he drags wide, baffling.

Either way people will moan about him tonight, salah has done sweet fa

A few seasons ago Liverpool were creating chances all over the pitch, now we seem to get in the final 3rd, run out of ideas and lose the ball.

Better 2nd half performance and could have pinched something but we got what we deserved for that 1st half performance. Too lightweight and no energy in midfield. I hate criticising him because he shouldn't be put in this position but this Elliott midfield 3 experiment has to end. You cannot play a 5 ft nothing forward in a midfield 3 vs Brentford and certainly not when you've already got Thiago in there and Fabinho is a million miles from his best.

Alisson the only positive for us yet again. Lucky to only concede the 3 goals today, look forward to more head in the sand management on Saturday.

Should Klopp not be adjusting his tactics somewhat now? He doesn't have the 3 top workhorses in midfield any more and that defence is looking completely overrun at times.

He should but problem is what we need now and needed 12 months ago was midfielders. Klopp or FSG or both can't seem to see any that are available

Keita is injury prone just came back same with ox, besides that he could use Morton but is youth player same with bajetic.

There isn't any game changing options.

Carvalho isn't a midfielder more attacking so wouldn't fix the issue either

This and couple that with the lads missing up top it just exposing the back line.

We need a midfielder badly.

One ball...

Hopefully this result is enough for people to start openly questioning Klopp's tactics.

I've been questioning them for years. Only difference is that I might have a point now.

Strangely enough I am all aboard the Klopp train at the moment. :p
