Apparently communications are a mess - though somehow they have internet connectivity - there was a guy from the 46th saying his group were fighting from a house and the next street over another unit appeared, hammered away at the Russians for a bit, then disappeared and they had no idea who they were and unable to get communications with them.

Started playing world of tanks on the weekend.
Noticed a few people with Russian flags, and then in one game while spectating after being blown up I watched someone with a Ukrainian flag was being rammed and shot by a team member with a Russian flag.
I added a Ukrainian flag to mine and yes, this morning while Russians were awake, I also started getting shot at and rammed by various people on my team in different games, especially if they had a Russian flag.

The only place Russian tanks are effective.
Watched that when it was on. Also recommend it.
Was interesting that no matter even if Zalensky comes to a deal with Putin (which is not on the cards anyway) they don't care and will fight on regardless.

Do you think I’m that naive.. i never paid for anything

I've seen the video but didn't see anything in the video to say the Russians were dressed as Ukrainians. Apparently Wagner have used this tactic before though.

Cyprus has for quite some time now basically been Russian owned. Shame. I grew up there as a kid, was so beautiful. Our house has long been demolished now though. (Edited to change the word Russia to Cyprus /facepalm).

They're probably wearing Ukrainian gear because it's better than their Russian gear, hopefully it ends up with their own side mistaking them for the enemy though
If you watch the video, you might notice that the Russians don't seem to be wearing any identifying markers (I.e. tape). The quality is so low (240p) that it's hard to make out what camo the Russians are wearing. They have started to wear Multicam, and that is probably causing confusion.
Even if they had managed to kill the initial guy, those two were dead anyway. They had a load of Russians behind them in a tiny hole. Not sure why he kill the guy with his hands up first, but possibly because of the guy on the right seemed confused about what was going on.

I've seen the aftermath video, they're actually wearing RU gear and taping (there's some dead Russians mixed with the Ukrainians) so I think this is probably a case of surprise and a lack of experience for the Ukrainians positioned there, which isn't surprising given they have to rotate and there are people with only a few months training on both sides
Ukraine need man power. They can't sustain massive losses to the Zerg. UKR need to make some more decisive victories like previously. Cutting off the ground towards metiopol (spelling), would be a darn good move, and the Russian's will start to panic about CRY-ME-ARGGGHHHH and be forced to make a choice with their forces.
