I think that's actually 2009. Looks like Server 2008 R2 accessed via remote desktop, which raises more questions than it answers.

Biden didn't ask for cheap oil. The US only gets 5% of her imported oil from Saudi Arabia anyway. The largest proportion (51%) comes from Canada.

I found it curious - back in the day though with stuff like Windows 9x and the lacking security I used to run a lot of browser stuff on a laptop via RDP with the OS imaged for quick scrub/recovery.

There needs to be some kind of mutual willingness or overwhelming power disparity for one country to acquire another one.
Dunno what but last ~72 hours there has been an absolute ton of stuff landing in Poland (probably a large amount of it is ammunition). Interestingly seems to be US, UK and Sweden, then a bit from Canada and Slovakia. A lot of armour including stuff from Poland has been seen moving into Ukraine - I'm guessing that is to support an upcoming offensive.
