Small claims court does cost little it may be worth a go, just start writing everything down logging everything, get screenshots of your phone calls to the RAC on your call history and save them etc.

Did you lodge a complaint? Tbqh you should really be getting some compo for the shocking service.
I'd also assume your insurance company will be going after RAC for the claim considering it's pretty cut and dry who's at fault.

From the sounds of it they don't want to know but may be worth a go.
But unfortunately the way things are companies don't seem to care and their attitude is just "take us the court then" i have first hand experience of this myself recently.
Yes, I wrote them a letter two days ago and sent it recorded delivery this morning. In it I detail everything that has happened (with dates and times) and how disgusted I am with the service I have received.
In it I included my membership card, cut in two.
Honda to be returned, cut in two.
I'd lol so hard if that happened. Would be worth it to be honest.
It really is - it's gotten to the point where I'm genuinely surprised when I actually receive good service!

This is mental, if it was any other poster I’d be calling troll - I still can’t get my head round how they’ve lost a car and seemingly can’t or won’t do owt to locate it!! You have my upmost sympathies, I’d have been on the warpath.
