Front 3 of J7 , Isak and Murphy against Manu?

With Wilock and J7 doing their normal rotation during the game?

I'm pretty happy with that. Was great seeing first time crosses come into the box.

Wilson (broken)
Maxi (poor/injured)
Miggy (injured)
Gordon might be fit.

Now hopefully we will have no perfectly fine goals ruled out. That's two so far this season that have been outrages and zero excuse for them not been allowed. Wonder if the club will get an apology again?

Some interesting comments from the Premier League / Richard Masters regarding not being able to comment on whether they're now re-investigating Newcastle's ownership. The sort of no comment that would almost certainly just be a "no" if it wasn't a "yes but we can't really say that yet".

Seems that despite assuring the Premier League that the Public Investment Fund absolutely wouldn't result in any potential for government control, when the PGA Tour have attempted to call the PIF and (Newcastle chairman) Al-Rumayyan as witnesses in their case with LIV Golf, they've responded with "but but sovereign instrument, sitting government minister, you can't do that" with regards to both the PIF and Al-Rumayyan.

Could get interesting, might be some teatowel refunds being requested in Newcastle somewhere down the line :p

SA will threaten mass piracy again and the PL will fold like wet cardboard.

Takeover is through now, any attempt to overturn it would end up in court and tied in knots, the PL really couldn’t care less as long as the money keeps rolling in

Takeover sailed through after S.A paid BeIn/Qatar 1billion

Some how I don’t think the PL is worried about being StaTe owned lol

Also the PL and PIF agreement is S.A government won’t have direct control over Newcastle.

Also haven’t you seen Mr Masters sitting in the stands getting friendly with the new owners?

“The undertaking given to the Premier League at the time of the takeover was that the Saudi government would not exercise control of the club – and, crucially, not that they would not have the ability to do so”

“For that reason, nothing that has happened in the LIV case, it seems to me, changes any of that,” added De Marco.

Massive spending spree in summer?

Howe confirm 3 budgets depending on where we finish.

New shirt sponsor in. The summer.

The spending spree is an interesting one.

It’s came from Luke “puke” Edwards and made it onto Skysports news.

He’s always been a negative Nancy with Newcastle spending and the takeover but has been right quite a few times on transfer Targets.

I believe our income grew by 40milion in the last bout of yearly financial figures.

Think I also seen that our sleeve sponsor pays more than Fun88 who’s agreeded to end the deal early.

Not heard of it but looked it up and its on Apple podcasts so will give that a listen. Did you hear him on Under the Cosh? He was brilliant, although would imagine its a little more light hearted than that one!

Bah

Everything was sold out. The blueish away kit was down to 35quid also.

Would have loved that with Joelinton on the back.
yea they only had half the sizes available when I posted it.

non-official Hawaiian Joelinton shirts can be had for about £30 though which are surely better

New shirt sponsor seems to have been agreeded.

Seen 25m quoted last month from non S.A company’s but that looks to be complete ***** now.

Intresting article. Can’t be stopped but they can be forced to renegotiate?

Under the rules, deals must be struck at 'fair market value' with an assessment undertaken by an independent third party.

Although a deal cannot technically be stopped, clubs could be forced to renegotiate them if they are not deemed to be consistent with market prices.
