I'm having a bit of an off period with cooking at the moment and i really cant be fussed with doing much.
Last night i had a couple of burgers. Some toasted brioche buns spread with periperi mayonnaise, mixed salad leaves and some gouda melted on the burger patties.
Then tonight, Lasagne with some tomatoes just halved and thrown in the oven for the last 15 mins and some more of the mixed salad leaves with a dash of balsamic and salt. Not the prettiest but damn tasty
