For the record...Japanese fried eggs look like this, tamagoyaki. Tamago is egg, yaki is fried. Eggs at breakfast are typically eaten raw, on rice. Boiled eggs, or in Japanese - Ajitama, (short for Ajitsuke Tamago) and soft boiled, eaten with Ramen.

The stuff at the top is grated Daikon with a dash of soy sauce.

Crispy fried eggs are more of a SE Asian, Southern China, Malay region style.

That almost looks like a dessert.

BBQ seasoning recipe pls

I travelled many miles to finally find the chicken that was already seasoned with the BBQ seasoning and spent a long time heating it up in an oven (Ninja) and adding the skinny fries at the right time.

Was eaten with Mash Burnt Pineapple chilli sauce.

Full marks! it is served as a dessert at an omakase sushi restaurant. It is often said that a sign of a good sushi restaurant is how good their tamagoyaki is. If you are going into training as a Sushi chef, the first thing you will be asked to make is Tamgoyaki as a trainee.

It is made with dashi, and a little sweet in flavour.
