So what the deuce is going on with this?! Young child murdered, seemingly quite brutally. Known to social services. Known to police.
Not seen any mention of her mum or any uk family. Dad, dad's partner and some...¿siblings? bugger off to Pakistan then put a call in for police to find her.
Someone over there seems to be hiding them as the police can't find them.

It sounds much more like "typical" neglect and violence that led to a death rather than anything more "special".

And as for someone hiding them, yeah probably family or friends, the same as has happened so many times in the UK with our native criminals who've killed someone, but with the added difficulty that our police have no jurisdiction in Pakistan and it's going to be entirely reliant on our government putting pressure on the Pakistan government to find and extradite the suspects, with our police making enough of a case to persuade a Pakistani court that it satisfies their own laws in regards to any extradition treaty we have with them.

There isn't, officially.

Though it's not a good look for a country to avoid sending a child killer back to face justice, so they might make an exception.

We could offer an exchange with Naz Shah or Nusrat Ghani for the alleged murderers perhaps? No doubt both are working hard to use their influence to help resolve this debacle.

Aren't they....?

How much is this latest example of the benefits of multiculturalism going to cost the taxpayer?

Is yet another lesson being learned by social services?

It took days and days for any names to be issued, no doubt eggshells were being walked on, future pensions worried about

I wonder what disrespectful or shameful acts the poor girl had commited and brought upon the family. That dishonour must be huge.

It's only right they can murder her and flee to get away. Justice in the eyes of God has been served.

Nothing to see here.

Poor girl. I really hope justice is served but I doubt it will be. If we can't get the family back here through Pakistan then we should at least go for an international arrest warrant so they get arrested if they ever leave Pakistan in future.

No, it's because the police understand the law better than you. In case you hadn't noticed, the police very rarely release the name of a suspect while they are searching for them, no matter their skin colour. Because yes, I saw what you did there. It's because doing so will make it very hard for the defendant to get a fair trial, as it will be hard to find a jury that doesn't recognise the case and defendant. And if they can't get a fair trial, they go free.
