Gammon steamed in Woodford reserve bourbon until it reached 72°c served with a quick potato, garlic, Parmesan and Cheddar stack (Cheers @ArcticHeron for the idea) corn and egg.

It's a sit down kebab place in Manchester's Northern Quarter (BAB)

It is (was) a Chicken Shawarma : chicken thigh shawarma / Bab salad / pickled red cabbage / crispy mooli / pickled chilli / turmeric & scotch bonnet sauce / chorizo

Super busy at work at the moment and I’m back on the exercise bandwagon so speed and simplicity is the order of the day at the moment.

My fallback easy meal, chilli and broccoli noodles. Fortunately I love it as well.

Tesco beef brisket and mustard sarnie. I recommend that brisket to everyone, it makes such a tasty sandwich, beefy, salty, peppery, it’s just delicious.
