Steam/air fried the chicken in the Ninja Speedi with chicken stock and whole chopped orange and when the chicken was done, the base was deglazed and used as the gravy.
Roast pots, carrots, swede, parsnip and onion were done in the Ninja Foodi.
Yorkshires done in the Ninja dual.
Added stuffing after I took the picture.

Certainly - Basically identical to the Five Guys experience but cheaper.

Is what it is… a bloody good smash burger :)
Was going to say there certainly seems to have been a lot of “inspiration” from somewhere. :D Looks nice though and their stores look good too.

If you asked AI to copy Five Guys then Urban Burger is what you get :p

Not quite sure how they get away with it but every process is identical, packaging, drinks machines and bags of spuds everywhere too

Going on a cooking session tomorrow. So im aiming to have some new Focaccia, a vat of Japanese beef Golden Curry and hopefully Oyakodon made and posted on here
2 of 3 down. The vat of Japanese golden curry is in the slow cooker at the moment so pics later.

Focaccia:

Few things to take away from this. It has more air than last time and proved really nicely however its not getting the overall height and baked consistency i want. A few things i think ill change is using soda water, adding some sugar to feed the yeast more (current recipe doesnt use sugar) and maybe baking it on a sheet pan instead of a tin as I believe the outside fo the loaf is cooking faster due to the tin and not having the chance to rise in the bake.

Overall i am happy with it and it's very tasty

Oyakodon (Chicken and egg rice bowl):

Description for those who arent familiar Oyakodon, literally "parent-and-child donburi", is a donburi, or Japanese rice bowl dish, in which chicken, egg, onion, spring onion, and other ingredients are all simmered together in a kind of soup that is made with soy sauce and stock, and then served on top of a large bowl of rice.

One thing i would do differently is use less "soup" as when i poured the eggs on top of the chicken, onion and spring onion, the egg displaced the soup causing the soup to sit on top of the egg rather than under it which stained the egg and made it look a bit weird. However, i will 100% be making this again as it was so tasty and quick to make
