Gammon steamed in Woodford reserve bourbon until it reached 72°c served with a quick potato, garlic, Parmesan and Cheddar stack (Cheers @ArcticHeron for the idea) corn and egg.

What's the sauce that's drizzled? looks tasty.

Is it a fancy kebab? Something master chef sounding surely, a Quail teardrop reduction, infused with jus from oranges grown in the garden of Eden.

my money is on some Aldi hummus

It's a sit down kebab place in Manchester's Northern Quarter (BAB)

It is (was) a Chicken Shawarma : chicken thigh shawarma / Bab salad / pickled red cabbage / crispy mooli / pickled chilli / turmeric & scotch bonnet sauce / chorizo
