******Official Star Citizen / Squadron 42 Thread******

I'd just go head first! You know me by now

What works is take off, get about 30m off the hanger floor, that should be just under the hanger door rim, then pull the nose up and fly forward out of the hanger at about 60 degress, and pull your landing gear up as soon as you're off the ground.

This should not be a thing tho, its registured as a small ship, its 45m long and 43m wide, the Cutty is 37m long and that's on the larger side of small, the C1 is a medium size ship.

I found out last night that the URSA Rover wont fit through the back door, the ships cargo hold is plenty wide enoght but the entrance to it isn't.

It will go in.... at speed, not advisable tho.

On a side note I just disabled the E cores on my 13900K, Holy crap the performance boost is crazy, The game is smooth as butter now, I did a few A/B comparisons and the E cores introduce a LOT of stutter.

I've disabled mine until there's a fix.

It seems that still being on Win10 is a big part of the problem in my case, as Win10 apparently doesn't really know what to do in terms of scheduling tasks and dumps stuff on the E-cores rather than P-cores.

It's also a problem on W11 for Star Citizen, Even if you disable the E cores in Process Lasso it helps a little but really the only fix is to completely disable them in the bios.

Hoping to get back on this soon and bring out the reclaimer to try out the mulching, and the joy of torpedos from the Retaliator.

I have missed playing this, but needed a break after several game sessions were destroyed by 30k’s and crashes.

see you in the stars!

So I just tried for 90mins to play again today. Still getting 30Ks regularly.

Unless there's a sudden fix announced then I think tomorrow evenings session is off - which is looking likely because I don't think they've even acknowledged the issue yet.
