I wonder how entertaining a MotoGP race would be here? Surely more overtakes than an F1 race!

Few surprises looking at q1 results at those knocked out, but also Max being 7th, by times he looked right on it in fp3.

Edit: Hmm not sure about where Max came now, bbc live timing all over the place.

He was saying yesterday the car is fundamentally unsuited to the track and changes wouldn’t make much difference.

Watching half the grid end up in hospital would be more horrifying than entertaining, I think.

I wonder if they ought to rework Q1 & Q2? Split the drivers into two groups, one in Q1, the other in Q2, then the top 5 from each group go through to Q3?
