5 mins after I posted this it rained HARD!
That's why I don't want to say anything, just in case.
The only way to deal with this weather is to dress for summer but carry a lightweight waterproof coat imho .
Strangely quiet in the car park (I got a block of £2 a day tickets)
The swell had picked up but it looks a tiring paddle out, have a picnic and think about it me thinks

Bit cooler today albeit a pleasant 16C, but the rain shield appears to be active again over Southampton (amazing how many times rain bands hit either side of the city), the showers forecast for this morning haven't happened and it's expected to be dry until after 1400.

15c and strong sun then bouts of rain here. A little windy, too. I am doing indoor gardening (using a paintbrush on my tomato flowers) during the rain and outdoor (piling more dirt on the potato plants) when it is sunny.
