Russell shouldn’t have stayed out. Still behind Tsunoda and 7.5 seconds behind Perez now.

Edit - didn’t hurt him that much. Only 3 seconds behind now on lap 40.

His pace is good, he's just on older tyres, against cars with better natural pace.

His pace is good, he's just on older tyres, against cars with better natural pace.

It's only like 2-3 laps older and he was losing pace to Lando, plus lost 6-8sec to Max over the stint, whereas he looked better at the start.

Maybe the RB and McLaren do better as the fuel burns off.

That's probably more thought out than what Ferrari actually have for plan C.
