XY chromosomes with female anatomy = dude with a vagina. As unfortunate as it is, if you're not a woman, you can't compete in women's sports. It's just tough (or should be).

I'm just guessing but that seems plausible if the XY and elevated testosterone are true you can take something to lower testosterone, although born like that I still don't think it's fair imo to compete

I don't believe would have been allowed if transitioned
