I got my first PlayStation 5 free from Very won't get a bigger discount than that.

Also relevant to the general convo. If the price of the pro started with a five then I would have absolutely got one just to occasionally play some of the many games I accumulated over the years. I was about to hop on a digital offer the other day where the price started with a 2 but unfortunately I didn't have the code on offer.
Need to play Astrobot,. I'm not exaggerating when I say the free one that came with the PS5 was probably the best game I played on it I think overall. And that's not to disparage any of the other great games on the system.

I managed to find a PS5 Disc drive in my local game yesterday, had one sitting on the shelf which I needed for my 30th Anniversary Digital console, I had grabbed one previously for the Pro from very but then they turned to gold dust, prices on these are insane atm!
 
So I have just gone to get my Horizon Zero Dawn upgrade using my PS4 disc and the £10 option does not show. Contacted playstation support and they stated "PlayStation engineers have encountered an issue for owners of Horizon Zero Dawn™ with serial number CUSA-07319.". I checked the serial number and yup that is my serial number. No details of when this is will be addressed though. Anyone else having a problem and if so - is your serial number the same?

It's not the first time they've had weird issues with specific disc versions of a game.

I imagine most people though are upgrading from the free download version that was given away during lockdown.
 
I can't even find my HZD PS4 box. Makes no sense as its not with my other games. I've got the game installed on my PS5 but can't do anything without said disc.
 
it is a pain that my disc will not work. First world problem I know, but still. I was looking forward to play the remastered version. I will check my disc again in a week and see what happens.

I just checked mine, shows up for me but I have the Complete Edition physical so I am all good.

Not sure if I should upgrade this or the PC version.

Went to me mums place and still couldn't find the thing there. I've noticed that on the rainforest store HZD Complete Edition HITS (PS4) is £14.84. I think that'll qualify for the £9 upgrade so I may opt to grab that.

Looks pretty good but would look so much better if Sony weren't so hell-bent on using glossy plastic for the middle part, put on a protective sticker when I bought my base model and haven't looked back. Too bad that bit is now concave :p

Going to give Very a try tomorrow since account creation is down, but what do you guys think is likelyhood of getting it day 1 from them?

Just shame can't get disc drive day 1, gonna be really sucky not being able play some of games I'm wanting it for + others I'd like to play with Pro enhancements
