Speed.Need something stronger that espresso, like a more concentrated version.
taste the MF rainbowSpeed.
My Facebook memories reminded me recently that at uni I did this for my all night programming coursework sessions. I was sprinkling a little bit of extra motivation into my caffeine drinkSpeed.
I'll wean myself off coffee when I'm dead.
I quit coffee once as a new year resolution.
After 24 hours I got bad headaches, which did go after a few hours.
Then I got really constipated, which didn't go
One cup of coffee later and everything was running smoothly, and has been since![]()
Decaf, decaf, decaf, as you say. It's not exactly caffeine free but near enough. No point going full anticoffee to me, given the benefits of dem roasted beans.Coffee contains a good amount of fibre. Turns out, for a lot of people it's their main source of fibre so if they stop drinking it...
Funnily enough I think I get a bit of a placebo from decaf, now I know it has 5-10% of the caffeine of normal coffee, but I do feel slightly brighter and clearer for having had one, nothing major, hence the placebo suspicion. Anyone else get this?
I don't drink coffee and rarely energy drinks so this is exactly how I consume mine and like you say it makes it very clear when I need to cut back. Once I hit needing 2 full tablets (400mg) to get through the day then I know it's time to knock it back. Generally 100mg at the moment gives me plenty of go without rolling into anxiety territory. You have to think, we all did pretty well up until adolescence before touching caffeine - but now many can't function without. I've said it before, if we all took our caffeine in powder or pill form we would probably be very aware of the dependency. We'd be popping pills all day long.
