Fairly quiet, I've got virtually no fan curve on till 60C then it quite aggressive ramps to 100% by 75C - and it's not broken 68 yet so... Like you hear the fans when they're ramped up but you kinda expect to, it's not a bad pitch though it's just the usual hum you get from most fans. I don't even wanna know how quickly my UPS battery would die trying to power this though xD

As I said already few times - games get only scraps now. Overpriced to that. We're not Nvidia customers anymore, AI enterprise is.

To be fair, the TUF OC would be mid range (not the non OC MSRP version) and it'd be on par with the cards like MSI Trio / Gigabyte Gaming OC which both sold for around £2500. But I'm definitely saying this as I just spent £2750 for the same card earlier today and wanna make myself feel better about it lmao.
 
Does this seem logical and fair?

  • RTX 5090 = 176 ROPs RRP £1660.00
  • RTX 5080 = 112 ROPs RRP £1020.00
  • RTX 5070 Ti = 96 ROPs RRP £860.00
  • RTX 5070 = 80 ROPs = RRP £700.00
 
Hmm... not moved a single place in the Palit 5090 Gamerock queue at The Other Place all week, even though multiple other UK vendors have had shipments of that card. Starting to get a bit frustrated now and wondering if all of the cards are going into full-builds.

Not sure of all but a LOT of them are going into pre-builts guaranteed.

It's posts like this that prompted me to buy 'ANYTHING' that's in stock even if it's not what you really want.

I'm not stupid enough to place myself in a pre-order queue when the quoted queue times are unguaranteed and between 2 and 12 weeks !
I could have easily dropped a couple of grand but HELL NO

Mostly pre-orders for March, but... yeah... I'm starting to thinking holding onto this queue position is nuts. There were a couple of Gamerocks moving earlier in the week, but that seems to have accelerated a lot today. If there's no movement on Monday, it may be time for Plan B.

There's been 5 or so drops of 5090 Gamerock throughout today at msrp
