but a cereal I've always liked that I haven't had for a long time and can only get in Waitrose and Sainsbury's.
think you will find the new recipe saturates with milk too fast .. try weetabix crunchy bran as a substitute.

( e: periodically on offer at sainsburys , like my #1 grape-nuts (which need a soak) - when I stock up )

Ah, that's a pity if the recipe has changed and it gets soggy quickly. I've seen the Weetabix crunchy bran before and have been tempted to get a box of it so I'll give it a try at some point since it looks nice and crunchy.

Super boring, healthy-ish 15 minute lunch. Thai red curry chicken breast, sriracha croutons, dressed green salad with a rapeseed/balsamic/shallot dressing.

Some stuff from the new menu I've done:

Tonkotsu Ramen, soy egg, chashu, tare, broth etc. all made from scratch.

Miso cod, chilli gel, spring onion.

Crispy pork strips, garlic honey dipping sauce.

Pork and prawn wontons, shallot and garlic chilli crisp.

Prawn cracker coated wings, XO mayo.

Roast sweet potato, charred spring onion mayo (vg), sweet pickled kumquat.
