Yeah, £30 for two people at KFC is crazy work.
As long as KFC keeps making their gravy they’ll be in my good books.
I still don’t understand why we don’t have the biscuits and the extra options like the US. A couple of biscuits, that gravy and the extra crispy and spicy chicken. Perfect
I’d argue that the KFC in Jamaica is even nicer but that’s because it resembles Jamaican fried chicken a bit more

Yep, bearing in mind the popcorn chicken (Large) was £7 on its own and two regular beans were £3.98 (£1.99 each!)

Yeah, I don’t really want to drive to either Cardiff or London for me nearest ones! Easier just to make it at home!

At McDonalds it’s just freezer chicken that’s already cooked like you can buy in the supermarket and they pop it in the fryer, KFC (whilst crap) do at least cook their chicken from raw, they specialise in it. Mcdees specialise in burgers.

It's not really the same though. Saying that, i found it super weird being in McDoanlds in Malaysia to see that over there the McD's serve actual fried chicken - so you are partly right depending where you are in the world

Do they use the same oil for frying in McD's Malaysia as they do in the UK? It's quite a distinct flavour, be interested to try fried chicken in that.
Didn't try it! I was too bust eating the local stuff. Though I did go to Johnny Rockets which I usually enjoy in the US but Malaysia being a Muslim country they don't serve pork so it was weird having a bacon burger where the bacon was from beef. Would've been better if it was turkey.

Popeyes is so much better if you have one nearby. And my local KFC now doesnt sell riceboxes! I know that the west coast of Scotland has some of the worst rates of heart disease but come on, a ricebox was at least slightly less bad for me!!!
We went in today on the way back from Legoland, 2 hour drive and nearly 9pm so just couldn't be bothered to cook.
We had originally planned to go to McDonald's but it was closed, oddly.
Went to the KFC next door, got a 14 piece bargain bucket which comes with 2 fries, and 8 hot wings.
All that also cost me £30, feels like we got a lot more for £30.
Sorry I know how this post is coming across like I did better than you, or whatever, that's not what I mean, each to their own and all that, it just seems if you stick to their base products, I guess, it keeps the cost down.
