Total War: Warhammer 3

My minds just been blown.
So many hours playing as Skaven and I didn't reliase you could scroll down for more upgrades...

There was a savage orc lord being touted as FLC, will probably be part of the dlc:(

There is already a Savage Orc LL called Wurrzag from Warhammer I as an flc. The flc for this is Arbaal the Undefeated, a Khorne LL.

However you do get a Savage Orc Great Shaman as a lord option in this one, its part of the base dlc though.

I've got Wurzag.

The savage orc generic lord means Wurzag is not the only lord that makes savage orks viable.

So, I picked up the 3 games as part of a bundle at a good price. I've been playing this a bit now and really enjoying it.

Is the DLC ever available for much lower than the prices on sale on Steam at the moment?

It is on sale quite often, I don't think it's a game where you miss much by not having it all either, I get the feeling it's a case of buying the ones that contain factions/heroes that interest you. There are people far better versed on this though, I never really got into it unfortunately but I feel part of that is I never played the tabletop game so I don't really understand any of the units or know who anyone is.

Aye, the DLC is often discounted - up to about 50% depending on its age. It should be cheaper again on CDkeys, which is where I've purchased mine over the past few years.

It's only essential if you wish to increase the choice of playable races and lords at your disposal and broaden the depth of the game. Some DLCs are more interesting than others - 'Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs' was an excellent recent addition, for example.

For mods, I would recommend SFO Grimhammer III, which is a total overhaul and rebalancing mod.

In terms of mods, check out the old world mod, the map is huge, 1200 cities and just under 500 factions, turn times are slow but the scale is very impressive.

I am playing it with SfO installed and having no issues.
