The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

After starting the game 10 years ago I've finally started playing again and finished the main game and nearly through the 1st dlc. It's been a great game but I'm now way over leveled so it's too easy. I've played over 100 hours and done every quest and currently level 39 but the quests im doing are 32 so most things die with a few hits even the bosses are easy if you use a few potions and decoctions and know how to dodge/parry.

Yeah I was like till I came up against detlaff :p

I'd forgotten about fighting Dettlaff. Possibly the most challenging fight in the game for me. I admit I had a few moments where I'd lost hope and had to go make a cupper and take deep breaths :D
I literally had to do the same haha, took me 3 days and a few walk throughs on youtube to try and work it out.

The Witcher 3 may be getting another expansion, Acting as a bridge between The Witcher 3 and The Witcher 4, Set in the far off desert of Zerrikania... also acting as extra funding as CDPR are apparently in need of extra funding for The Witcher 4 which they could secure via an expansion drop, This may also explain them selling GoG to one of the original founders.

IGN Poland has supposedly known about the expansion for a number of years.

I guess another play through of Witcher 3 is upon me lol. There are worse things in life I suppose!

Loved this game. Still planning on a second play through. First was delayed waiting for the ray-tracing update, now I might wait for this...

It's one of the reasons I never played too far into it as I heard of a rumoured "next gen" update, Now there's this update which may also bring graphical updates, Bug fixes and performance improvements so my 1st proper play through has been postponed again :D

Considering the price increase in just about everything I'd look forward to replaying it with the graphics upgrade it got and a new expansion on hardware that can actually handle it still :)

The music has to be one of the most atmospheric of any game I've played too.

The music is awesome. I still listen to the soundtrack occasionally when I'm working.

I’m ashamed to admit I’ve never actually completed it and I think I should really spend some time on doing just that

Just built a new Pc so think I might try it out on that as I’ve got the game on there when they have it away

Had 2 really fun playthroughs of this and loved every minute. I downloaded the revamped version but still haven't got arounf to playing it again yet.

Great game. Played it and DLCs when they came out.I did a replay of the main sory about 6 years ago with the OP euphoria build to keep it fresh and that was great fun, I only stopped as Cyberpunk was released.

I had a gap between games so I went to carry on and finish the two DLCs a couple of years ago and was gutted they had nerfed the euphoria built with the next gen update and rebalanced the skills and I couldn't be bothered figuring out a new build at the time.

Might give it another try after the new update.
