Same here. Only time I really use Roach is for the horse racing side quests, which I find a bit annoying anyway!

Oh yeah I get that, I was just more so wondering if I can see such a big improvement in rest of the game, I last played it properly long before the "next gen" update

I just completed the main story, still have the two DLC to complete, I played on an easier level and still thoroughly enjoyed the game and story. Would recommend this game and happy I stuck with it and got into the story

To me the game is probably top 3 of the greatest games ever made, both dlc's were also insanely good.

There wasn't a single moment where I thought "this is getting dull", I was hooked from start to finish.

Played an hour if this tonight and really enjoyed it. Played it ages ago on the playstation and couldn't get on with it. Found it cheap on cdkeys for pc and thought I'd try it again. It looks stunning for a game that's nearly 10 years old!

To me the game is probably top 3 of the greatest games ever made, both dlc's were also insanely good.

There wasn't a single moment where I thought "this is getting dull", I was hooked from start to finish.

I gave up on the DLC when I kept getting destroyed by the witch, even when I switched to story mode. I need to finish it, maybe I needed to level up more

Did you play 1 and 2? Not the same open world or graphics but for me the lore was so much more than 3

I've still not finished the base game nor the DLC. Nothing wrong with it. I think the problem is it was released around the same time as bloodborne and I just switched and never went back
