I expect there will still be a few which even before this transfer window absolutely baffled me. They basically saved LFC from extinction, steadied the ship with progressive building on both the team side and the infrastructure to the point we are at now.
It's the problem of living in a world of entitlement and also where people expect instant gratification.

Although you're allowed to name 25 players, you can't name more than 17 non homegrown players and despite Leoni & Ngumoha's age, as they've not been at the club for 3(?) years, despite not being 21 they have to be included in the senior squad in order to feature and be classed as homegrown.
I have to say I'm slightly surprised that Ngumoha's been picked ahead of Chiesa. Slot's been more willing to use Chiesa this season and ahead of Ngumoha. It certainly shows how highly Ngumoha's thought of though and also explains why we were in for Guehi. We've lost a lot of homegrown players in recent seasons and that's going to need addressing.

There was little alternative tbf. It was him, Ngumoha or maybe Endo given that Bajcetic is still around and will no doubt be on the B list.

can change 3 players if you reach the knockouts i believe

Thats ok then, not like we need Chiesa to get through the league stage, we'll get through that section with ease.
Once the league stage is over clubs can nominate a New squad
