SMG used to be curvy, busty and stunning, now she looks worryingly thin, flat and frail now.
She looks a lot older than she is :(

Yeah Cineworld do an 'unlimited screening' which is a preview of a film ahead of official release, which they advertise to their members who pay monthly / annually for an unlimited card.

I liked the first, and actually there was some merit to the sequel in terms of the overarching plot and at times I really enjoyed it for pure entertainment.. a great watch in the Home Cinema, to a point it would have ordinarily been a 7/10 at least..

However, it's somewhat let down by meme level incredulous girl bossing going on.. What could have been a good plot mechanic/character arc if done correctly was just sloppily/lazily handled to such incredulous levels it raises far more questions than it answers..

I sighed somewhat because I was imagining a great character arc for Mrs Nobody, only to see it all thrown away down the river of whatever hell hole Holywood has found itself in lately.

4/10 overall.

The first half of it was enjoyable, then it just got stupid, didn't it. The last 30-45 minutes, I was ready to turn it off.

Watched Eenie Meanie on Disney+.
Heist movie about a getaway driver having to do a job to save her boyfriend.
Well acted and a couple of decent car chases and a good movie overall.

I saw this mentioned a little way back, so I decided to check it out.
At first, I wondered if I had seen it before, but luckily not.

A solid cast and overall, an enjoyable movie to watch. However, while I liked it, I didn't find the ending really all that memorable.
That said, in its defence, I don't know how I was expecting it to conclude, though, on reflection, I guess just simply not the way it did.

Kevin Spacey and Jeremy Irons were, in particular, very good.

Star Trek Beyond (2016)

Never seen it, I saw the 2009 reboot in the cinema, and honestly I'm not sure if I've seen the one in between.

I thought the 2009 movie was pretty decent, I didn't think this one was quite as good although I still enjoyed it.

I think it gets a bit too over the top, the action I mean, in quite a lot of places, but otherwise ok.

Passable. The cast are all quite good but the material just isn't fresh enough to warrant revisiting the series unless you want 'more of the same'.

This time around there is a lot of emphasis on the relationships in the family and this takes up a pretty hefty amount of screentime, to the point where I felt like the film was quite slow at times.

When spooky things do happen, there is nothing exciting for those familiar with the territory. The ghost designs feel uninspired. The plot re-treads the usual things and nothing is unexpected. The foreshadowing felt very laboured and you could see all set-ups from a mile away.

Still, you can do a lot worse and if you only like to dabble in horror you might enjoy it. It's certainly a lot better than the last Insidious film... that was terrible.

I watched this at the pictures today and like you @Tombstone just wanted to complete the story as well. Overall it was a bit generic, the designs of the spirits are very very similar and almost look identical with the grin. Its a pity because i thought the first 2 was pretty good especially the 2nd one as i remember i was bricking it as it was based on the endfield hauntings. Overall i would give it 6/10 as Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga put in a decent shift but the plot kinda let it down. It was an ok send off i guess.
